Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via email.
Orders can also be placed Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm EST by calling 207-781-3886.

Orders are usually shipped within 2-3 weeks, unless rush order is specified. Rush order fees may apply.
Custom orders take longer and prices will vary.

Shipping
Orders will be shipped via UPS. Shipping and handling charges will be established when you place your order. Usual cost is $10-$20. Tracking order is provided by UPS if desired. Overnight shipping can be accommodcated at an extra cost.

Return Policy
We will replace any item that arrives defective. Please contact us at 207-781-3886 as soon as you identify a problem. You must notify Cloe Girl Designs and get approval for return before sending the item back to us.
